There are few dishes more appetizing and more comforting than a good pasta with chorizo. It’s serving it on the table, seeing all that grilled cheese and starting to drool. A meal that the whole family likes, adults and children, ideal as a single dish and very easy and quick to make.



INGREDIENTS: for 2 people

180 g rigatoni

100 g chopped chorizo

1 onion

2 teaspoons of Italian spices (dried tomato, rosemary, onion powder, chili, oregano, thyme, basil, garlic powder, boletus)

200 g crushed tomato

200 ml cooking cream

60 g grated emmental cheese

Sauté 100 g of chopped chorizo ​​with a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes. We withdraw and reserve. In the same oil we add the chopped onion and a little salt. We let it fry for 10 minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of Italian spices, 200 g of crushed tomato and mix well. Let it cook for approximately 8 minutes over medium heat, taste and adjust the salt. Once the tomato has reduced, we add the chorizo ​​again. Add 200 ml of cooking cream, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Let’s go with the pasta. We put a saucepan on the fire with plenty of water. When it starts to boil, add salt and 180 g of rigatoni (or the pasta you prefer). We cook the pasta for the time indicated by the manufacturer. After time, we add the pasta directly to the sauce and mix well.

We put the pasta in a tray suitable for the oven, we distribute 60 g of grated Emmental cheese and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes, gratin option. Ready!
