Salmon pasta

In preparing this recipeI realized that in recent years I had offered you different variations around the salmon pasta : salmon and leek pastaTHE pasta with smoked salmon and asparagus tipsTHE salmon and caper pastaTHE pasta with confit salmon, cardamom and limeTHE pasta with salmon and green asparagus, but never just salmon pasta 😀 . I almost called this recipe short salmon pasta :D.

I used fresh salmon but in my opinion a mixture of fresh salmon and smoked salmon must be excellent, I reserve that for another variation around pasta and salmon 😀 .


For 4 people :

  • 400 g of pasta (penne for me)
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse salt (for cooking pasta)
  • 300 g of diced salmon costs
  • 250 ml of cream fresh whole liquid
  • 100 ml of White wine
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon ofolive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley flat


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. When it boils, add the pasta and cook it until al dente (12 minutes for mine).

Meanwhile, peel and chop the shallot. Melt the butter with the oil in a cooking pot , then, when it is hot, add the diced shallots. Cook for 2 minutes then add the previously deboned diced salmon.

Add the white wine, let it cook until it evaporates then pour in the crème fraîche. Lightly salt and cook for 5 minutes. Reserve.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it.

Return them to the dish, add the creamy salmon sauce, sprinkle with flat-leaf parsley and mix.

All you have to do is enjoy! I like to add a little sriracha sauce to spice it up but I would put it everywhere. So do according to your tastes.
